Maria Tsvil is the CEO of Marilex Companies. Her mother tongue is the Russian language, she also has an advanced level of English, an intermediate level of the German and Chinese languages. Maria got an international MBA degree at BSU, Republic of Belarus, in 2017. She also participated in management training program in Munich, Germany in 2017. In 2024 she earned her Ph.D. in economics from Belarus State Economic University. She has published around 20 scientific articles with her research results.

Having professional expertise in project management, waste management, automotive and forestry industries, international trade and logistics, Maria has become the co-owner of Marilex companies.

From 2019 to 2021 she was an official representative of the Republic of Belarus within the Belt and Road Initiative in Shandong province, PRC, promoting the bilateral cooperation in such spheres as trade and economy, science, technology, education and culture, food and beverage industry, forestry, automotive and finance industries. In 2024 she was assigned as an expert in the industrial and supply chain of the SCO National Technology and Trade Base, with a term of appointment of 3 years (from March 2024 to February 2027).
